Hi,
I have been based in Belgium for six months now and my civil marriage is end of the month.I am Singaporean and i hold a Spore passport.Me and my fiance hope to travel to india in October for a month.
How can we obtain a tourist visa ASAP?How long does it take to get one?And if we go through a travel agent, would they arrange for the visa for us as well?

Any information would be highly appreciated.Im really not sure how to go about it.
