European Commissioner Charlie McCreevey is my kind of guy. To make the suggestion that it is helpful for the environment if men don't wear ties to their jobs on warm days (opening their top shirt buttons) to reduce the need for AC shows a high level of creativity and higher level reasoning skills. You would never see this kind of sensible thinking in the US. Good job, Charlie!

tee hee, I'm not sure, but you have to admit that his idea is very profound and deserves considerable scrutiny.
