I am a software engineer from Bangalore,India , with 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE software development. I was wondering if I could find a job in UK in my field. I would like to know whats the process for this.

Not sure why you're posting on the belgian expat website... but anyways...a friend of mine works for a swiss bank (think big) -which inshores people from India ... i.e. ship people over from India and pay them a lot less than those they'd pay English webdevelopers - but have the benefit of having them onsite...
