After waiting 12 weeks for a Belgacom dial tone, our ISP vendor of choice (http://www.talessa.com/).......... who, three months ago promised broadband installation in a week or less........has ignored my 50+ e-mail service-requests (referencing Talessa service Ticket#2007031410000188), during the past ten days.

Prior to this, in early March, I exchanged at least a dozen emails with their on-line sales desk for about a week. Back then, everything "seemed" professional. They were very responsive and totally un-Belgique.

Now I have become invisible.
