I am considering a job in Waterloo just outside of Brussels but I can’t really find that much information on the town. I have been to Brussels before and used to live in the Haag. I used to really like Antwerp and Ghent but I guess that’s too far to commute.

Is Waterloo a boring suburb for a 30 something or does it have nice things to offer? Also how is the housing (both renting and buying)? From the map it looks like its near a large park/forest like setting.

Any comments or observations would be much appreciated.

Boring and posh.... the commute would drive you nutters as Flanders is the other side of the ringway.
