I accepted a transfer to Eupen, BE for next summer. I don't really want to move to Eupen, too small for me! I am looking at Liege. Does this makes sense? I am fluent in French and English (no German yet).
I would love an appartement "downtown" or at least on the Meuse. Which area would you recommend?
