CHICK-LIT GROUP

Hey ladies! I'm a 29 year old (American)female living in Brussels. I'm interested in started a chick-lit group.

My concept for the group is to assemble a great group of ladies to meet up once a month to discuss a book over dinner and drinks.

The format would go like this: each person chooses a book and adds it to a list. That person will also be responsible for choosing the restaurant that we will meet at when we discuss their book.

We will read 1 book per month, and everyone will have the list along with what month the books are to be read, so they will have the time to find the book online or in stores.

The books should be provocative, well written, and can be fiction or non-fiction. There shouldn't be a feeling of restriction on topics.. the more provocative, the better our conversation will be!

I don't want to impose age restrictions, but I think the atmosphere should be really fun but also intellectually challenging.. I'm 29, not married, and I like to have some fun.. so I hope the group reflects that feeling.

As a bonus, I'm really hoping that this allows people to forge relationships outside of the group.
