I'm not far from A'dam. Just over in Alphen, about 45 minutes busride. On the weekends is the easiest time for me to get out that way. Usually on Sundays.

I knit mostly lace and socks. There is a SNB in A'dam and I think it meets on Monday nights. They are on yahoo groups.

During the week, my son has school but we can meet at the cafe close to my house(and the bus stop).

Still interested in knitting in Amsterdam? I'm a recently converted knitter (from cross stitch and embroidery before). I knit mostly useful stuff for my kids.
