My partner and I are thinking about selling up and moving to the Ardennes where we will buy a smallish B&B or a larger building to convert into a home for ourselves and rental appartments for tourists.
Has anyone here done this ? We've found a few estate agents and property looks easy enough to buy but I need to know if there are any funny rules for this sort of thing.
