Wasn't impressed by the brands of Omega 3 supplements available in Di, so I thought I'd try out the pharmacy and was shocked when I saw the price - 30 euro! Luckily, I can pick them up cheaper in France or Germany, like 6 euro a decent sized pack pack.

It seems as if being in good health is only for the rich in this country!

Where do you buy your supplements? I'm in Brussels.

I just found out that if there is no vitamin E with the omega 3, you may as well not take any. just a tip. the good products are frightfully expensive. here in the Netherlands too. I import for myself and it works out cheaper. especially if you ask friends/family to bring it with them.
