I´d like to make lamb chops with peppermint sauce - but without chocolat.

The English eat lamb with mint sauce - but it's Mint, not Peppermint. - It's not sweet (in fact its vinegar based.)

You just put the sauce on the chops when they're on your plate; it's not cooked in, or anything.
