Cooking... Er, I wonder if there's someone who can teach me or give me guides on how to cook main dishes...

I have never cooked in my whole life in the Philippines. I got used to in growing in a home where we have housemaids who prepares everything for me and my siblings. When I arrived here in Belgium, I realized that I need to cook for my hubby. My first cooking was a beef and it turned out to be a disaster!!! He doesnt complain though and he cooks for both of us sometimes, but of course I also want to do something for him...
Hi
I originate from India. I Joined my father, mother and sister whenever they would cook at home ever since i was a child.
Now,I teach indian cooking and cook for parties(indian food) as i love to cook and spoil others.
You can easily follow any online cooking course. Apparently, you can also download recipes of your choice and get on with cooking. You will surely make mistakes and you will learn only through your mistakes.
Welcome for any other questions.
Good luck.

Hi Lette

If you want to learn to cook simple things to start with, I would look at simple ingredients first, such as chicken or pasta, then do a search for recipes on the internet. For instance, if you have chicken breast and some lemon, and do a search for lemon chicken, then you will find some interesting recipes. Choose recipes that you think you can handle, and enjoy shopping for the ingredients. Beef isn't the easiest of meat to get right, so don't worry. If you want to know translations for some things, then you can email me

Or of course if you want to know how to cook something in particular or some general tips, I'm an experienced cook and many people in my family are chefs. Practice makes perfect!

good luck!
Ria

How much to you charge for teaching Indian cooking? A few girlfriends and myself go out about once a month to an Indian restaurant, but I think it would be even more fun if we could cook it ourselves!
