So, what's the deal with people not picking up after their dogs? I live near a park, and there are special boxes that PROVIDE people with bags to pick up, and yet, the sidewalks are littered with dog doo. Walking on cobblestone is hazardous enough already.

On a more serious note, you'll find more dogshit in Brussels and the walloon part of the country, though it's pretty ubiquitous in Flanders as well...

Can't help it, we've been latinized and thus lack respect for public property.

Whenever I go to some scandi country I find the cleanliness very refreshing, but when in Belgium, I have this tendency to loiter and litter....
