The way this usually works is that someone posts a time, date and location, everyone comments online about their availability, the date/time/location gets changed, and then ultimately some people actually do show up on the appointed date/time. So go on and make your suggestion.

Hi all - i just moved to Brussels a couple of months ago and am trying to find if there are any expat meet-ups going on -looks like there might just be! Would be great if there was interst in an expat meet-up, well let me know - I could even suggest a location with my limited knowlegde of brussels..

It's on place St-Gery, near the Bourse. If you're lost, ask anyone in the street-- I can't imagine anyone NOT knowing the place.

I have two friends who are going to that...

I would love to come, but I will be at a wine-tasting 7.30 tonight. Maybe I can drop by later on? But how will we recognise each other. MM is usually rather croweded.

we'll be meeting at the bar by the entrance around 8. if you're down to join us, i'll be easy to spot: i'm 6'5" (i think that's like 195cm), with wavy dark brown hair and will have a black Northface type parka. Most importantly, i will be enjoying a gin and tonic.
