I am a thirty year old male and i would like to get out of my native England,I've had enough of everything here and would dearly love to move to belgium for a different way of life.Could somebody tell me what i have to do once i'm there and have a place to live.
1,Whats the best way to find employment?
2,Do i have to see the mayor once im living in a town?
3,Whats the average rental price for a flat?

Any information on the above topics or any other helpful hints,tips and information would be gratefully received.
