Where can I find a clear English version of the Belgian highway code? I am looking for information regarding lane use around a roundabout in Belgium. Are there rules regarding this?
None logical! You can use either lane, but they stick to the right because in case of a dispute the car on the right will win (whether or not it was acting dangerously!).
English version of the Belgian highway code can be found in any fairy-tale book.
Best advice... close eyes and press accelerator.

Cars in Brussels only have two pedals - an accelerator and a foot horn!
Seriously, though... When one finds oneself at the crossroads of two small streets and they are unmarked - as often seems to be the case - who has right of way? It seems to me that it's just a case of "he who hesitates is lost" or perhaps "who dares wins".

Isn't it always "priority to the right" here? So whoever is "rightermost" gets right of way?

If the junctions at the crossroads are unmarked, it's give way to the right. If the cross roads are marked, or if you've just passed a sign (Yellow Diamond means you have right of way, Yellow Diamond with a black bar through is means you do NOT have right of way) then the priority varies according to the road marking/signs.
If you see a driver with a hat, or if the other driver has an older/bigger vehicle than yours, give him right of way <img src="../images/emoticons/ywink.gif">
