My friend has just paid:
Total for 4 Passengers
Fare Price 160.92 GBP
Taxes 78.12 GBP
Credit Card Fee 14.00 GBP
Total Price 253.04 GBP
UK to Belgium, when did they sneak in the £1.75/€2.50 per passenger, per flight Credit Card Charge? add this to the 15KG luggage limit at £4/€6 per kg over(last time I paid additional £160 well it was Xmas and I had been home)...then + €25 return train, car hire, am going back to the ferry!

Hallo there AnniB, when you mentioned the ferry were you talking bout the Zeebgrugge/ Rosyth? I'm trying to plan my first visit back to Fife in more than two and a half years, so this trip would be perfect for me. Any experience of it so far? I know that it takes forever, but as a footpassenger the price doesn't seem too much.

Oblo, it is a lovely trip, lovely ferry, very clean, food is good. It is a 17hr trip but worth it even if just to sail under the Forth Railway bridge!
www.superfast.com for bookings and info. So do it 2 1/2 years is too long to be away.
Oh and book your meals at same time saves you a few €
