Hello,

I was working for a dutch company for the past 2 years and they were paying for my pension plans (around 900 euros a month) to central beheer. Now, i had to leave the company and the country. Do i need to wait till 65 to get any of the money back ? Or is there a provision to get the money back ?

thanks for the response. i tried using the search but still i have doubts. It would be great if you can answer me on that.

1) i am basically on a 30% tax law and so i really do not know on whether i pay any social security.

2) But definitely my company is paying for my pension insurance which is around 1000 euros a month. pension plan is with a company called centraal beheer.

So, if i go back to my native in a months time, how do i get the pension money from centraal beheer immediately instead of waiting till 65. What are the steps ?

Thanks a lot for your response.

Today i got a response from my HR saying

"No. there is no possibility to cash your pension. this is not allowed by dutch law. Your pension fund will stay at the pension fund central beheer until you reach the age of 65 and then you will receive a payment. By this date you should contact the pensionfund to give them your current details "

Is this correct ?

Yes, that is consistent with everything else I have heard. Your pension fund is not just a piggy bank you can crack into when you leave, and India has no reciprical agreement with NL where the pension can be transfered.
