I don't know where I could put this question. I hope someone can give me advice for my situation.

I have got some mails, offers for affordable traveling and one of them is from the site www.actievandedag.nl I was only interested in what would be the final price for the whole family and I filled form (with correc data.. What a naive mistake sad.gif ), Since I don't speak so well Dutch, I didn't pay attention to the box which says that I definitely did a reservation. Few seconds after I've got the confirmation in my mailbox. It was strange that the reservation had only that one step and after pressing “book now”, I expected part where to put account number. But no, the reservation was completed even without that part. ohmy.gif
In the confirmation that I've got from them, there was not stated the whole amount to be paid, and which hotel is reserved.

The confirmation of reservation says that in the case of cancellation, one part is still to be charged but they don't specify when, how, and how much.
I think I was deceived, primarily because rules are not specified clearly.

I reacted back immediately by saying that I didn't have intention to make final reservation but I only wanted to check prices.

Any experience?
What are my rights? Can I completely avoid paying the trip?
