I am considering re-doing my foundations of my house in Amsterdam and I have a few questions that I would put to the forum ;
1. What is the approximate cost of doing this ?.
2. How long does it take ?.
3. Are there any contractors that you would recommend ?.
These are my questions ,I appreciate costs and duration vary according to the size of the house (my house 4 floors of 75m each).
Thanks for any comments you may have.

foundation work is based on the outline of your floorplan,
say the size of you house is 5m by 15 m, then the outline is 40 meter,
normally they put 1 new pole for every meter, so about 40 poles, say the cost for the material is about 40.000 euro depending on the lenght of the poles.
So I guess for 60.000 it can be done. The problem for amsterdam is that there is no place where the contractor can put his stuff and container etc, which add to the costs.
Thereby you cant live in your house when they are working. So everything is based on a good planning, and getting the licence on time from the government.
Are your neighbours willing to join you? because most of the time you share the foundation?
best of luck?
