Does anybody know where to buy a regular pumpkin (for jack-o'-lantern carving) in Amsterdam? I'm looking for the plain old regular pumpkins, not the Hokkaido ones, which are the only ones I seem to find here. Thanks!

There were a few large ones at the small fruit stand outside Grote Gelderlandplein in Buitenveldert a few days ago....

Albert Heijn at Jodenbreestraat has 'normal' pumpkins with black stickers on their faces in case you are too lazy to carve biggrin.gif

They are not huge, maybe 30cm diameter
