I want to do a Master Degree in university this year. But I am late for the scholarships scheme as its already end of oct and I have to give IELTS as well.

I am a wife a highly skilled Knowledge migrant came from India 1 month back . I went to IB-Groep for the grant they said they can give me student loan. I asked them about the tuition fee they said most probably I have to pay Eu tuition fee. They are not sure what tuition fee I have to pay. So my question is Do I have to pay non-eu or eu tuition fee because my case is different here. I have a visa type 1 . If I have to pay non-eu fee it is very high.

If you have an Indian passport you have to pay the full fee, subsidised fees are only for Dutch / EU ? nationals. I know few Indians who are studying in Erasmus and they are paying the full fees.
