Hi guys,
I have seen all the info about changing jobs and keeping (re-applying for)
the 30% ruling. But what happens if I want to change the position/job
within the same company??

scenario 1) Let's say I am in technology now and I am moving to marketing

scenario 2) I am in technology and I am moving to another department
but still within technology

these are just examples...

And the most important - how do i make sure that I can keep the 30% ruling??
If my payroll experts say "no problem", i change the job and then I get the
"surprise"from belastingdienst??

What would you suggest??

I would not worry either.

Basically,how is the Belastingdenist gonna know you changed positions within your company?

Provided you are on the payroll of the same Dutch employer, there are no implications of job (profile) change on 30% process.
