Hi there - I am English and my boyfriend is Dutch. We have lived together in the UK for the last year. Before that we spent half our time in the Netherlands and the other half here.
We are planning our civil partnership for March 2010 and because my partner is divorced and doesn't seem to have the equivalent of a decree absolute (which we've been told he needs). We were wondering if anybody had any experience of this and what legal document would be appropriate as proof of his divorce.
