I am considering of taking either legal assistance insurance or becoming a member of the Labour Union (FNV).
Premium for both would be around 13 - 15 something euro/month. However, I've read on the Union website (in Dutch) that membership payment is tax deductable. (my Dutch is bad and there's a lot of text in it so I am in doubt if the deduction applies to everyone)

Anyway, assuming that i can have 40% off the membership, becoming an Union member is cheaper than having a regular legal insurance. However, legal insurance covers different disputes and employment's is one of them. And I think Labour Union will only provide services to labour related disputes. Is anyone on this forum member of the Union and can give me advice about their services?

Many thanks.
