Compared to last year know the sales of homes in a massive decline.

Sales of new homes in the second quarter reached 4,000, which means a decrease of 40 percent over last year. This is evident in an examination of the Monitor New Houses. Results from the same quarter one years ago, 7000 sales were still seen. Yet there was a slight recovery in the second quarter compared with the first quarter, with nearly 3200 homes were sold. Notably, the number of sales in the lowest price, up to 216,000 homes, in the second quarter nearly half the homes sold more than the first quarter.

In the period January to June of last year there were over 15,000 new homes sold. In the same period this year this fell to less than 7,000 homes.
