I've just been appointed chairman of the VVE, the owners association and the task is daunting...

does anyone as some information to get me started? I've found the dutch website dedicated to VVE roles and duties, but my dutch is too limite.

I'd be looking for maybe a checklist of things a chairman should be or look out for.. I'm currently assessing the situation, looking into insurances and accouns and bills, lots of fun!

any help is welcome!
