So how about your experience with Recruitment Agencies in your countries, or other countries where you have lived? Can we compare something with Dutch Recruitment ?

I am much interested in learning about US/Canada/Australia and Switzerland.

With Switzerland, although I have worked there for years, I had never gone through an agency, only applying directly through job website. Yes, could be possible that my past jobs in Switzerlands are mostly R&D jobs, where Agencies don't find that interesting enough to dig in.
