The appartment is fully furnitured and a bike is included. The room that I have available is about 10m2, you will be sharing the appartment with me, to share we have a 40m2 livingroom, bathroom (with bath), kitchen and hallway, the appartment has 2 balconies.

The price is EUR 800,- per month including gas, water, light. It will be available from the 1st of October 2009. The deposit for the rent is one month renting costs.
