Has anyone from our community , with KM status ( plus 30% ruling) has claimed for WW- unemlpoyment benfits ?
If Yes, then please tell me how do they calculate the WW- unemployment allowance ammount ?
Do they consider 30% tax ruling for paying unemployment allowance ?

I don't know a lot - but I can tell you a few things.

- If you have been here less than 5 years and are not a permanant resident then you have not paid enough into the system to gain much in the way of WW money

- I am almost sure .. that if you have only been here a couple of years you are only sure about 3 months salary - but I've forgotten the name they use to describe it.

- Contact the https://www.werk.nl/portal/page/portal/werk_nl/cwiencijfers (which is the new CWI) and ask them what you should do.

Good luck!

Stopping with your KM job may have serious consequences for your right to stay in the Netherlands. (EU citizens excepted.)

The name of the unemployment benefit is WW, and you have insured yourself to receive it by working in the Netherlands. However, you may receive it only if you continue to stay in the Netherlands.

The amount of the WW is dependent upon how much you earned in your job and for how long you worked in the Netherlands.

Hi Yora!
I will probably be in a similar situation soon:)
I found some explanation in english here.

Have you already checked this with CWI. If so, could you please let us know if you could benefit WW in this situation?
