I have recently stopped my one-man business and I have sign out from the KVK. But i heard i also have to send a letter "besluit van liquidatie" to the belastingdienst. Does anyone know or have a sample copy of this letter? i would certainly appreciate it. Thanks!

I recommend to get this done by your accountant. It is mnore or less only the fiscal confirmation, that you stopped business and no more taxable income will be generated by your single proprietor ship on Dutch soil
