Has anybody done this walk - is it open to the public? Does one just start walking at Scheveningen and head towards Kijkduin. I have googled but can find anything to guide me. Thanks!

Your best bet is probably to telephone or call in to the VVV in Den Haag. They often have walking maps and would certainly be able to tell you whether the above walk would be open to the public and the easiest route to take.
