Friends,

Today I have got my first Water bill from municipal here in den haag. I dont know to fill the form called euro-accept giro. Can anyone guide me how to fill the form..(i.e where all i need to put my signatures and also a attached small counterfolio is there..Do i need to send it along in Post or other wise need to tear out from main form?

Please advice me if I need to send the filled form to my Bank or to the Municipla authority.

Your urgent help is appreciated.

1) detach the small counterfolio and put it in your own administration (only if you want to keep it).
2) put your signature in the right place of the "Acceptgirokaart"
3) do not forget to fill in your own Banknumber (if it is not already pre-printed!)
4)send the signed form to your Bank in one of their own envelopes.

Its not that difficult but it is a bit awkward to explain on the interent
I suggest you go to the bank and ask them what to do and also sign up for internet banking and ask your bank to show you how to pay future bills in this manner.
