I can't get some channels through the UPC MediaBox, like Veronica, CNN, and The History Channel. I get a blue screen saying 'loss of signal'. The 'channel strength' indicator reports that these channels have a stronger signal than some others I receive...
Veronica and CNN come through fine when I bypass the MediaBox and connect directly to the TV, so the problem is isolated to the MediaBox itself. Moreover, I had no problems receiving them on the previous version of the MediaBox.
I've called UPC, and even had one of their techs visit my apartment to try to figure it out, to no avail.
Does anyone else have similar problems? If so, any luck finding a solution?
