Hi guys,

i need some help. I am a freelancer providing a service to a company for over 1 month. They refuse to pay the invoice totally amount 1200 euros. Can anyone recommend what legal options do i have? Do i go to debt collection agency or do i go to the lawyer? Can anyone recommend a debt collection agency from The Hague? I would certainly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Have they actually said or written that they are refusing to pay it??

Many companies wait two months before paying freelance invoices, despite whatever due date you put on it...

I will probably be using www.incassodienst.nl later this week for an unpaying client. I'll post whatever results I get with them. They claim "no cure no pay".

Hi ratkat,

They usually pay within 7 days of the invoice date. But this time, we had an argument, ended our working relationship and now I don't see the last two incoices paid into my account.

I've sent an email to the incassondienst.nl, but never go a reply from them. How do you communicate with them?

Thanks
