I am staying with my brother in law in Den Haag. My car is parked in his single car garage. His car is parked at his workplace about a 15 minute walk away.

I was only going to be staying for a few days but I injured my ankle running upstairs.

Yesterday I had an operation to re-attach my Achilles tendon. I will be in plaster for 2 weeks and it will be at least another 2 weeks after that before I will be able to drive. I will have to stay in Den Haag for the entire time.

My bother in law has indicated that he doesn’t mind walking to and from work every day but I don’t wish to impose on him more than necessary.

For security and lack of space reasons my car can’t be parked at my brother in law’s workplace. The streets around his inner city house are very expensive, all day, every day maximum stay limited pay parking.

I would like to find somewhere to park either on street for free without time limit (probably not a good idea if I want to have a car at the end of my stay) or inexpensive off street pay parking without time limit. Distance from Den Haag and access via public transport are not issues as we would use another car to access the site.

One idea I had was that you may know a farmer who would allow me to park my car on his property for a small fee.
