I would like to know if there are any Horticultural or Landscaping courses in Antwerp or Brussels ? Or some volunteer works related to gardening or Landscape designing ?

I am not sure on the courses, but I do know that all courses here require you to be fluent in dutch. If this is the case you could try looking at the VDAB website.
