I'm looking for a copy of the NL-equivalent of the Highway Code, or a driving instruction book in English, and I'm reluctant to pay €35 for a book with no pictures! I've driven in the UK for 25 years, and have been from one end of the country to the other with a job that involved cars and clients from Inverness to Redruth, but I'm now struggling to gain confidence on rural roads in Zuid Holland with cycle tracks, and the equivalent of 3- and 4-way stops where there's no obvious priority. (I struggled with these in the US too!). And I want to be able to drive into Rotterdam to see my new sis-in-law. Any suggestions? Can anyone help? How did others manage the transition?
