Could you please suggest me a good thought on the following situation i'm going through.

I'm an IT professional B.Tech Graduate from India, Age 30.I have agreed and signed an offer from an employer in Amsterdam.They had seeked help of a private agency to help me out in filing High Skilled migrant Visa.It was filed on 8th of Jan09 and it was acknowledged by the IND on 19th Jan.

I came to know from IND website that it normaly takes 2-3 weeks for processing the KM visa.

Till date i havent recived any info from IND.I spoke to that private agency they told that they havent received any info from IND.

Could you figure me out what could be the reason for the delay.

Have patience generally KM visa is processed with high priority and IND have separate cell for it, so could be its about time. I would suggest you to call them directly incase it take more time. +31 20 8893045.

But why are you worried once it is ready you will be informed.

Passport
Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate.

time and again people have been requested in this forum not to create separate threads for their own states, but those have always fallen on deaf ears

consider this 28 threads for each states and perhaps for UTs as well
everybody needs their own people for the sake of common language and comfort level but then arent we all outside india and share a lot in common

no offence to anybody, this is just my personal opinion though

My hubby and I have been living here for almost 2 years now. We live in Eindhoven. I'm not working yet since my field of higher education has been Psychology, it's difficult to get a job without knowledge of the language or so i've been told. I've been looking out for work since I arrived, but havn't been successful so far! Nice making all your aquaintance!

i am from chennai. my husband and i will be moving to netherlands as soon as we get our visas. I am still stuck waiting for the dept of public foreigners to stamp my marraige certificate.

post this i am aware the mea takes a day. what is the fastest time IND takes?
i was hoping the entire process would take a month. but it seems to go on forever.
