I'm leaving the country, yeah!

Does anyone know how I end my contract with UPC, they provide my phone, internet and TV.
God knows I don't have the patience to hang on the line for 40 mins whilst they pick up.

Is it just me or are they the most useless company ever. blink.gif

Any replies greatly appreciated.

Contract changes are normally not accepted by telephone.
Write a REGISTERED letter (at least one full month's notice) that you leave the country and that you end the contract . Normal letters sometimes seem to disappear and then they claim they didn't know you ended the contract.
Normally you should have MyAccount on their Website. If you have, you can provide the information via your computer.
Please don't send an email because they frequently pretend not to have received it.
Good Luck

If logged in there is indeed a cancellation option on the website on the customer service / contact page though they make it hard to find. "Afzeg" is the word to look for I think. Worked for me in the past.
