I find myself in a rather sticky situation (i suppose that is better than saying I am swimming in kak.. at the moment hahahaha)... my (will be, ex-)wife & i have recently seperated....
my predicament is that I hold a current 5yr card (yellow) and I am from a non-EU country (NZ), our marriage was officiated in NZ....
Where can I be directed to... so I can gather good/correct info so I understand where my residency stands, what legal obligations I still need to follow...
Please note investing 5mnths in an opleiding to drop it helps me no how.. my personal life kinda begins from NUL, having the hope of finishing something like an opleiding gives me some peace of mind to say the least!!!...unless people have an option they know-of where the same type of work-opleiding combition can be possibly worked out (my opleiding is within the CNC-Draaibank/Lathe Metaal sector...
.....plus I am still following Nederlands-Taal instruction where/when possible...
Thanks heaps for your time to read and possibly offer some advice, maybe the answers are basic to some people however my plate/head is kinda full & to me I just need alittle friendly compas to direct me so I can do the hard yakka "TO GET THE BALL ROLLING"
