Hi!

Just found this site and I hope that some of you might be able to help me feel better about our impending move to Brussels!
My husband is going to be working for NATO, so we are moving to Belgium for up to 6 years and I'm really stressing about it all - I'm really worried that I won't make any friends ( no children so no contact that way ) or be able to find a job

I'm also not sure where we should look for an apartment, or where are nice places to live near the city - and can you have dogs in apartments in Brussels?

I'm usually a very proactive and practical person, but this is really worrying me, so any tips or advice would be appreciated!

looking for an apartment try immoweb.be. some places allow pets some dont.
As for finding a job, I myself am finding it hard as they want me to know fluent dutch, french and english.

As for friends I am sure you will be fine, there are many nice people out there.
