Hello,
Can I use the same stripenkaart at different cities, just stamping them by the zones at the place. I just want to go to texel island and would like to know if the stripenkaart I use at amsterdam is good there too...

If it has Nationale Strippen Kaart on the top left corner of it ... Yes.

To go to Texel (pronounce "Tessel") you can't use your strippenkaart since the ferry is the property of the inhabitants of the island, the TESO Company. You can pay your fare with pincard, creditcard, cash or chipcard. If you are an adult on foot, your return ticket will cost 3€ (they don't sell one way tickets). You can also cross with your bike or your car. The crossing takes 15 to 20 minutes.
