Hello!

I have recently relocated to Utrecht (from the US) and am in need of some internet service advice. While looking for permanent accommodation, my husband and I have been in a couple places that provide wireless internet access. From perusing this forum, and from the experiences I am having with the wireless, I am getting the impression that not all providers are created equal. As an example, my computer will detect the signal strength as good but the actual speed will vary between 1mbps (!) and 58mbps. It also seems like the time of day can have an effect on this (possibly having to do with user #'s rather than signal transmission?).

Should I expect this as typical of the available ISPs or does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable provider in Utrecht?
