I spent the last 3 days on this site. Totally addicted!!
Louds of questions. I'll start with the obvious......

I might have landed myself a job interview in the Netherlands! Very excited! I just want to confirm that my procedures are correct:
I will need a letter from the company ‘inviting’ my for ‘business purposes’ to get a visa to attend an interview. And do a round trip to the Netherlands and back to SA.

If successful, the company applies for my work permit. I will have to sit and wait it out in SA. Once approved, I need a work contract and this permit to apply for a working visa (??) and then only can I return to the Netherlands.

It this right?

I’m not sure what the criteria is for ‘highly skilled migrant’ (same as for UK?) and suspect I might actually fall in this category. Not taking any chances though…

Second most important question: According to a variety of websites, dogs do NOT have to go through quarantine when moving from SA to NL. Is this correct?
Has anybody got experience with traveling with a pet and/or can recommend a company that can help?
