Help! I just received a small yellow piece of paper telling me that someone came today (while I was at work) it seems to try and deliver a package. From what I can decipher (my french is very bad) this must be the delivery of a product I ordered online from the USA. What I don't understand is this: firstly, where do I collect it from (there is no address on the paper, just the logo UPS) as there is no chance they will catch me while I am at home? And secondly, why does it say I am supposed to pay 31.25 Euros as a COD? Is this some sort of customs charge? It seems exorbitant to me, as I already paid for postage online. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thank you so much!

I'd suggest you call UPS and ask them to explain. Ask for someone who speaks English, they should be able to assist as they are based in Diagem which is a Flemish area so........
