Im putting together a little bday party for 15 ppl max. and was wondering if anyone knows any good pubs/bars to go to? I know there's many in A'dam but I'm looking for something maybe a bit more trendy (but with fairly reasonable prices), perhaps with good snacks/finger food offer - something a bit like P.King maybe but less "restauranty". If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about and looking for, I'd be more than happy to hear your suggestions. So far I have Panama and Hotel Arena on my list but am looking for more ideas...

Perhaps a bit off-the-wall, but I'd recommend checking out the Punthuys in Amsterdam Noord, right at the punt that runs 24/7 across the Harbour from Central Station towards the Shell tower. Nice atmosphere, good food, good service, reasonably priced and trendy too.

I have benn onle some months here but I found a place that I liked, just by chance. Itīs called "I love 11" and it'a at the 11th foor in the actual modern art Museum buiding, walk distance from Amsterdam CS. Tram, subway, train.. Cool, trendy.. different. If I were I guess in that party I would love you forever!
