Hi,
I have seen a few posts by people looking for people in other areas of Holland.
I am now based in Amsterdam and need to find people to play against. I am not a bad player, played at club level in the UK. Just local leagues in Liverpool, Hull, Cardiff and Pontefract.
It sounds as though I have played all over!!!!

I have but only really started playing a couple of years ago properly. I have had the great pleasure of being on court with James Willstropp, Lee Beechill and numerous other pro's. Not saying I am that standard but do really enjoy a good run.
If anyone of any standard would like to play then please let me know.
Regards,
Craig.

Hi Craig,
Where abouts in Amsterdam and how many days a week do you want to play?
I used to play at school and university. Have not been playing for a while now and would be happy to find a way to loose those extra pounds and get a run.

Hi,
I'm looking for a squash mate. I'm more than a beginner, but definitely not a pro! Well, anyone who wants to pay, pls let me know. Preferably squash city and in the evenings please.

I play at Squash City. Is anyone a member there? If not you can still pay and play. Since I posted this I have found a few guys to play, but I am always up for a run.
I will drop you an email and try and sort something out.
Craig.

Hi,
I am looking for squash partners to play with. I have played in the dutch league at level B to give you an idea of the level. Work keeps me busy so I don't get much time to play but I would be interested in meeting other players at similar or better level. I play at a local club in amsterdam (nieuwe sloten) area. The club is called Match Sportcentrum. It is a really nice place to play and we could meet up for a game there for starters.

I am currently back in the UK, I am doing my England Squash coaching badges. I will be happy to play when I get back though. I will let you know when I get back.

Sorry I am not back yet. England Squash have been very slow in getting the course booked in. I start on Sunday this week! I left Amsterdam 4 months ago. Its very frustrating. I should be back at the end of next month. If you fancy a game then. Drop me a PM with your number and I will give you a call.
I do know a few lads at Squash City looking for games. I could put you in contact with them if you want?

Are you mad? Publishing your(?) mobile number on an internet forum. You can use PM to do that discretely ... unless of course you want it viral spammed across some Gay Leather and Rubber Fist F*&!#$r Website!!!
I've edited your number out in the quote. Maybe best you do too.

This post has been a little quiet for a while, but I just started playing this sport and I'm starting to get into it quite a bit. I've played raquetball quite a bit before so I'm not a beginner. Anyway, I'm looking for people interested in playing once in a while. I live right in the middle of Amsterdam, so I think Squash City is probably the closest, but I don't really care where I play.
Shoot me a line if you're interested.

Hi,
I am back in the UK at the moment, still trying to tie a few loose ends up before I come back to Amsterdam. But I am hoping to get back soon. I will post a message on here when I do.
Craig.

Hi GozertheGozarian and all,
I've seen you're looking for a squash partner! I used to play squash 3y ago but dropped it for professional reason (too much traveling...)
I am now permanently based in A'dam and would like to resume Squash as it's really a great sport.
I live close to Vondelpark therefore I can play pretty much everywhere (my nearest is Frans Otten - cheap and good).
Again, I used to play but haven't practiced in years therefore, I am not great player.
If you or somebody else is up for a game, drop me a line at djspawn35@yahoo.fr
Cheers

Hello
Same as everyone else on this thread, I'm looking for a squash partner. 30 y.o. male, used to play twice a week but stopped 3 years ago. Not a beginner, but certainly not a pro.
I live in Rivierenbuurt, so Fran Otten or Amstelpark would be the logical choices. I'm available most evenings or weekends.
Cheers

Hey everybody,
Appearantly we could start an entire squash-community!
But unfortunately everybody seems to be expert-level or at least highly competitive or am I mistaken??
As for myself -I would really like to play Squash on a regular basis somewhere in Amsterdam, BUT am basically still a bloody beginner (though I was claimed to have some talent...).
If anybody would be interested in winning against me regularly to boost up his self-confidence or whatever else- don't hesitate in contacting me !
Cheers

Hey, maybe we can play together. I am/was an advanced beginner. Played less than 10 times in total, but last time was nearly 4 years ago. I was told to have some talent too, but never got a chance to develop it further (if there is really any).
Let me know if you are insterested.

Hello,
I am beginner, and am keen on learning how to play squash.
What's the best way to go about it?
Does anyone know of any training I can get in Amsterdam?
Or can I just play with a more experienced person and learn? and if so, is anyone interested in playing a game sometime?
Thanks!
