I'm looking to buy some transformers that would allow me to use my electrical equipment here in Belgium. Does anyone know where one can buy such items, I live near Zaventem.

thx.

Tim,
I gave up trying to find one here and had one shipped from the states. Our relocation company said we didn't need to buy them before we arrived here. That was a lie, the shop they sent me to wanted to sell me an inverter. I would get one from the states, I placed the order on a friday and had it on monday. I do know that media markt sells 400w step downs, but that is no good for a tv, it might work for smaller stuff.
Let me know if you have better luck then I had.

Hi Tim,
Acutally I brought my stereo from Canada and found everything I needed at Cotubex on av des saisons in Ixelles. They have the really powerful converters, I bought one mid-size and they are relatively affordable (compared to buying new equipment!)

Good luck!
