My husband, myself and our 1 year old son are moving to Brussels from Sydney, Australia next month.
We're looking for a serviced apartment for a couple of months when we first arrive, until we find something more permanent.
Could anyone recommend what area we should move to. We'd prefer to be just out of Brussels, where English is spoken, near cafes, bars and playgrounds

Hi there,
I assume you are now in Belgium and hopefully feeling settled. Just thought I'd say 'g'day' as my partner and I are also from Australia, although we are in living in Antwerp not Brussels. We have a little girl now 18 months and a boy who's 3.5 yrs. Anyway, drop me a line if you're keen for a chat/cuppa
cheers
Mia
